Welcome from the Theta Kappa House Corporation

 

​It is my absolute honor to serve as the President of the Theta Kappa House Corporation. As Tri Delta alumnae, we are entrusted with caring for 3100 University and ensuring the house continues to be a safe, comfortable, and welcoming home for our members. I am fortunate to work alongside a talented and devoted board of Tri Delta alumnae, all of whom share a deep commitment to supporting the Theta Kappa chapter.

Recent House Updates

This past summer (2025), we focused on several major improvements to enhance the Tri Delta house:

• New HVAC System – After years of challenges with the original system, the entire house now benefits from a brand-new, state-of-the-art system. It keeps the nearly 30,000 square-foot house consistently cool, while allowing each resident to adjust the temperature in her own room.

• Fresh Paint & Carpeting – The 2nd and 3rd floors were refreshed with new paint and carpeting, creating a brighter, more inviting environment.

• Transformed Study Rooms – Two study spaces were completely reimagined:

  • The Zoom Room (2nd floor), a professional-style space equipped with large study tables, desks, and printers for online classes, interviews, and group projects.

  • The Zen Room (3rd floor), a quiet, technology-free retreat designed for study and relaxation, furnished with hanging chairs, a rattan sofa, and plenty of cozy seating.

The response from our members has been wonderful, and we are proud to provide spaces that support both their academic success and well-being.

Looking Ahead

The House Corporation meets monthly to plan for the ongoing care and improvement of the house, and we are always looking for ways to enhance the living experience for our members. We are grateful for the dedication of our House Director, Miss Liz, whose warmth and hospitality continue to make the Tri Delta house a true home on campus.

Serving in this role has been a privilege, and I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to give back to the sisterhood that has given me so much. Thank you for your continued support of the Theta Kappa House Corporation and our members.
