Join us December 9-10, 2022

The Dallas Alumnae Chapter is excited to announce that our beloved philanthropy event will return in 2022. In recognition of Scottish Rite for Children turning 100 in 2021, Cookies & Castles Dallas celebrates the organization’s century-long legacy of giving children back their childhood. Mark your calendars for December 9-10. For 15 years, Cookies & Castles has kicked off our holiday season with a weekend full of sweet treats and smiles. For the safety of our guests and the patients at Scottish Rite for Children, we will continue the to-go experience with a fresh makeover and extra holiday cheer. The Cookies & Castles committee is hard at work creating fun, holiday party packages of gingerbread houses, candy, icing and all the supplies you'll need for your at-home Gingerbread Extravaganza.

We hope you will join us for Cookies & Castles Dallas this year as we continue to support the prosthetics department at Scottish Rite for Children and our sisters through the Tri Delta Foundation. Stay tuned for package and at-home party details.

Scottish Rite for Children is one of the nation’s leading pediatric orthopedic centers. A wide range of orthopedic conditions are treated, including sports injuries and fractures, as well as certain arthritic, neurological, and learning disorders, such as dyslexia. Patients receive treatment regardless of the family’s ability to pay. Funds raised from Cookies & Castles are designated to the prosthetics department at Scottish Rite. The prosthetics department provides state-of-the-art, custom-made prostheses for patients with special orthopedic needs. Children grow quickly, therefore a prostheses needs to be adjusted about every three months and replaced every 15 months. Prosthetic care at Scottish Rite is multidisciplinary, meaning patients and families are working with an entire team of experts for the highest level of care. Surgeons, physicians, prosthetists, physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurse practitioners, physicians assistants, nurses, psychologists, social workers, and child life specialists all collaborate together with one goal in mind—to give children back their childhood. Whether a common or complex condition, our patients have a team of experts dedicated to every aspect of their care and help to get them back to doing what they love.

Tri Delta’s Foundation raises funds to provide transformational programs, scholarships, and emergency financial support to empower our sisters for a lifetime. We invest in women. With nearly 250,00 members worldwide, we are sisters helping sisters. Donors to Tri Delta’s Foundation provide funding for educational initiatives designed to enhance our members’ lives and help them develop qualities of unselfish leadership. Recent additions to our educational initiatives include our mental health program (Behind Happy Faces), sexual assault prevention education, and our Life After College program.
